About Claudia Hoffmann

Claudia Hoffmann is a partner in Luther’s Financial Services, Investment Funds and Alternative Investments group in Luxembourg and a trusted adviser to international fund sponsors, asset managers and investment platforms. She advises on the strategic design, establishment and operation of Luxembourg investment fund structures throughout their life cycle. Her work covers alternative investment funds, management structures, fund terms and governance frameworks, as well as cross-border legal workstreams. Claudia regularly leads negotiations with cornerstone, institutional and sophisticated investors, including on fund documentation, subscription arrangements, side letters and bespoke investor terms. She also advises on complex Luxembourg and EU regulatory matters, combining technical depth with a pragmatic understanding of market practice.
