About Anahit Sargsyan

Anahit Sargsyan is a junior partner at MB Legal, where her practice focuses on corporate and business law, with particular expertise in investment structures, including SAFE agreements, IPOs, investment funds, and the regulatory framework applicable to financial companies. She also advises on international commercial arbitration and mediation. Anahit is a licensed mediator in Armenia and has completed specialised mediation training at the Singapore International Mediation Centre, as well as professional courses organised by IRZ and GIZ. She is a member of the Chamber of Advocates of Armenia and holds an LLM from the American University of Armenia.
