About Benjamin M. Arrow

Benjamin M. Arrow is counsel in the Litigation group at Finn Dixon & Herling LLP, focusing on complex business and commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, data privacy and regulatory investigations. He represents corporate and individual clients in disputes involving securities, commercial contracts and business torts in state and federal courts and arbitration proceedings. Ben also defends clients in SEC investigations and advises on a range of data privacy matters. Prior to joining Finn Dixon & Herling, Ben practised complex commercial litigation and federal regulatory defence at Kramer Levin in New York. He previously clerked for judges on the Connecticut Supreme Court and US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
