About Grigor Grigoryan

Grigor Grigoryan is a partner at MB Legal, with more than 13 years of experience. His practice covers commercial and corporate matters, contract law, loan and financing agreements, labour disputes, civil and administrative litigation, and public procurement. He has advised on a bond issuance for a major mining company operating in Armenia, led the Armenian legal team on a government public-private partnership project, and acted on significant M&A transactions. Grigor holds a PhD in Law and an LLM from the Russian-Armenian University. He is a licensed advocate, and serves as an arbitrator at the Arbitration Institution of the RA Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
