About Haya El Samra

Haya El Samra is an associate in Shahid Law Firm’s international business and dispute resolution departments. She represents clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings before the ICC, ICSID, CRCICA, and JAMS, with experience in shareholder, hotel management, sale and purchase, and construction disputes, as well as emergency arbitration. Her practice also includes complex advisory and transactional matters, including concession agreements, business transfers, contract novation, bids, and acquisition-related legal audits. Haya brings a valuable cross-border perspective through her education and professional training in Paris. Alongside her counsel work, she acts as a tribunal secretary in SCCA proceedings.
