About Juan José Flores Rabascall

Juan José Flores Rabascall is an associate in VIVANCO & VIVANCO's Guayaquil office, and in-house counsel for a real estate group. His practice focuses on corporate law, real estate, data protection and civil litigation. He advises corporate groups on capital increases, corporate structuring, share transfers and the legal structuring, management and execution of real estate projects. Juan also advises on technical implementation of data privacy regulatory compliance.
