About Michał Wołoszański

Michał Wołoszański is the founder and managing partner of Wołoszański and Partners, and leads its technology and outsourcing work. An attorney-at-law (radca prawny) and INSEAD Global Executive MBA graduate, he leads the negotiation and renegotiation of IT contracts for customers and suppliers in banking, insurance, healthcare and automotive distribution, in projects worth up to hundreds of millions of PLN. As CEO of legal software company LexRing, he brings a supplier’s view of development, maintenance and cybersecurity. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and of the AI Advisory Board of Alliott Global Alliance.
