About Patraporn Milindasuta

Patraporn Milindasuta is a senior partner at The Capital Law Office with over 35 years of experience in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has led significant domestic and international securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S under the US Securities Act and under Thai securities law, major takeover transactions, and advised on complex corporate governance matters. She advises listed companies on the Thai Securities and Exchange Act, including SEC and SET regulatory matters. Her longstanding contributions include serving as a member of the SEC’s Equity Offering Regulation Committee and as Chairperson of the Thai Company Secretary Club of the Thai Listed Companies Association.
