He holds a law degree and Master’s in Corporate Law from Universidad de Lima, with specialised training from Harvard (Contracts) and University of Pennsylvania (Health Law). With 15+ years of experience, he represents clients across the healthcare, construction, insurance, retail, automotive, financial services, telecommunications and real estate sectors. His practice encompasses contractual, corporate, bankruptcy, consumer protection and health law matters. He also serves as a university professor and has authored various academic publications.
