About Łukasz Kudela

Łukasz Kudela is a partner at Wołoszański and Partners and an attorney-at-law (radca prawny). His practice combines cross-border transactions with regulatory work for financial services, payments and digital asset businesses, including the allocation of compliance responsibility across multi-party service chains and disputes with technology platform providers. He has overall responsibility for the firm’s outsourced regulatory due diligence service for acquirers and payment service providers, delivered with an international regtech partner, and co-authored the Poland chapter of Chambers Blockchain & Crypto-Assets 2026 Global Practice Guide. He is a member of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw and holds the Approved Compliance Officer certification.
