About Luciana Costa Engelberg

Luciana Costa Engelberg is a partner in the investment funds and private equity practice of Bichara Advogados, which she joined in 2026 from Machado Meyer Advogados. With over 20 years of experience, she advises managers, administrators and investors on the structuring of investment funds, including FIPs, FIIs, FIDCs, FIAGROs, FIFs and infrastructure funds, and on public offerings of fund quotas. She also advises on M&A, private equity and regulatory matters before the CVM, B3 and ANBIMA. She is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and the capital markets committee of the Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance (IBGC).
