Luiz Henrique de Carvalho Vieira Gonçalves has been the head partner of Bichara Advogados’ corporate practice since 2017. He has extensive experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial contracts, finance, capital markets and corporate governance, as well as in administrative proceedings before Brazilian regulators, especially the CVM. He represents clients from the telecommunications, food, pulp and paper, logistics, real estate and financial sectors, among others. He is a member of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB).
