Milanda Manjengwah is a partner in DMH’s commercial and financial services group, with over 21 years’ experience. She advises local, regional and international clients on complex corporate and commercial transactions, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, capital markets, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and regulatory compliance. Milanda has advised on significant transactions involving FBC Holdings, Padenga Holdings, Old Mutual, Star Africa and Lobels Holdings. Her experience includes structured finance, cross-border lending, capital raising, infrastructure and energy projects. She brings expertise in transaction structuring, due diligence, regulatory approvals, negotiations and complex transaction documentation.
