About Karthik Mudaliar

Karthik Mudaliar is a partner and key member of AZB & Partners’ banking and finance practice. Karthik has more than 14 years of experience, specialising in banking and finance transactional, financial regulatory and fintech and digital payment matters. Karthik is experienced in debt financing (including private credit, structured finance and debt capital market issuances), as well as securitisation transactions, and regularly advises local and foreign financial entities (such as lenders/arrangers), investment banks and various borrower companies in financing deals. He has also participated in local and international finance transactions, including syndicated loans, project finance and the sale of companies and assets.
