About Pablo Arana

Pablo Arana is a transactional attorney with nearly 20 years’ experience in advising corporations, start-ups, financial institutions and investment funds on sophisticated domestic and cross-border transactions. His practice encompasses M&A, private equity, joint ventures, foreign investment, capital markets, corporate restructurings, special situations and wealth planning, and he has particular expertise in infrastructure, oil and gas, energy, mining and technology. Pablo previously practised at Skadden in São Paulo, Gibson Dunn in New York, and Lefosse in Brazil, handling high-stakes transactions across the Americas, including public offerings and project finance. He is admitted to practise in both Brazil and the State of New York.
