About Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk

Marta Solarska-Kaleńczuk is a partner and chief operating officer at Wołoszański and Partners. She advises IT clients on implementation and maintenance agreements, hardware projects, online services and Internet of Things solutions, translating data protection and compliance requirements into contract terms. Since 2015 she has supported Hyundai Motor Poland on data protection, first as information security administrator and now as Data Protection Officer, and leads large legal projects for automotive clients. Marta is an INSEAD alumna, sits on the Advisory Committee for EMEA of Alliott Global Alliance and is a member of the Association of Automotive Market Lawyers (SPRM).
