About Yuhei Sakao

Yuhei Sakao is a partner at Miura & Partners. His practice focuses on corporate crisis management, white-collar crime, corporate governance, compliance and ESG/SDGs. He is a graduate of the University of Tokyo, the University of Tokyo Law School, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School (LLM with a Wharton Business and Law Certificate). He has worked at prominent law firms in Japan and Washington DC, and has dealt with both domestic and global investigations. Yuhei is admitted to the Bar in Japan and New York and is qualified as a Certified Fraud Examiner.
