Francisco Miguel Gomes is a senior associate at EY Law – Sociedade de Advogados, SP, S.A. As a member of the AIF team, he advises on the structuring and ongoing regulatory supervision of collective investment undertakings in Portugal, with a particular focus on real estate and private equity AIFs. He regularly assists corporate groups with restructurings and the establishment of investment vehicles, and advises AIF management companies on the development of governance and compliance frameworks, as well as on regulatory matters before the CMVM.
