About Jesse W. Lemon

Jesse W. Lemon is a partner at The Beckage Firm PLLC and leads the firm’s cyber, national security and AI practice. He advises government contractors and technology companies on cybersecurity, AI governance, federal contractor compliance and regulatory investigations, including matters involving space systems. He previously spent nearly a decade at the US Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Intelligence and Analysis, and served as an Attorney Advisor in the US Department of Justice’s Office of Privacy and Civil Liberties. A US Army veteran, he earned an LLM in National Security Law from Georgetown, and holds IAPP CIPP/US and CIPP/E certifications.
