Benjamin Woolf is head of Appleby’s corporate practice group in the Cayman Islands, and leads the structured finance practice. He advises issuers and investors on structured finance transactions, including CLOs, CRE CLOs, PACE securitisations, structured lending, and public and private securities offerings across a range of asset classes. Consistently ranked among the leading lawyers in the Cayman Islands, Benjamin is ranked Band 1 in Chambers Global. He also contributes to Appleby’s Scholarship & Student Committee, mentoring students, and has a long-standing commitment to providing pro bono advice through the Legal Befrienders Clinic.
