Simon Raftopoulos is managing partner of Appleby’s Cayman Islands office, and a member of the corporate finance and private equity teams. He advises on major corporate and finance transactions, including private equity and fund finance, M&A, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, public offerings and private placements.
