About Philippe Alves do Nascimento

Philippe Alves do Nascimento is a partner at Mattos Filho with extensive experience in white-collar criminal defence, having formerly been a partner at a highly regarded Brazilian criminal-law boutique, where he was part of the team that co-ordinated the defence and settlement strategies in the “Lava Jato” matter. Philippe has a PhD from the University of São Paulo Law School, and he is a visiting professor on several graduate courses in Brazil, where he regularly lectures on securities crimes, corporate crimes and other subjects related to his area of expertise.
