About Marek Oleksyn

Marek Oleksyn is a partner at Sołtysiński Kawecki & Szlęzak. He advises and represents Polish and international clients in matters concerning the protection of intellectual property, including trade marks, patents, designs, know-how, copyrights, databases, and internet domain names. Marek supports entrepreneurs in matters related to combating unfair competition. He drafts and negotiates agreements on the acquisition and licensing of intellectual property and R&D agreements, and he provides support in technology transfer projects and in employee creativity-related issues. Marek has authored numerous publications on IP and competition issues, and he has lectured at the Łazarski University, including for postgraduate studies, on “Energy MBA”, “New Technology Law”, “Environmental Law”, and “Labour and Social Security Law”.
