About Michał Zieliński

Michał Zieliński is a senior associate at SK&S. Michał has extensive experience in criminal proceedings, both as counsel for victims and as a defence attorney for the accused. He advises on the legal aspects of whistle-blowing and compliance, actively participating in the development and implementation of compliance programmes and whistle-blower protection procedures. He has represented clients before the Supreme Court and in matters involving the right of pardon. He holds a postgraduate degree in fiscal criminal law and economic criminal law from the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, and also holds Approved Compliance Officer (ACO) certification.
