About Iliana Djagova

Iliana Djagova is a partner in the corporate and M&A team at Walder Wyss. She advises on equity capital markets transactions, including IPOs, capital increases and secondary placements; on equity-linked instruments, such as convertible bonds and warrants; and on public tender offers and complex domestic and cross-border M&A for both strategic and financial investors on the buy-side and sell-side. She also regularly counsels listed and private companies, boards of directors and shareholders on stock exchange regulation, disclosure obligations, corporate governance and director duties. Iliana has more than ten years’ experience advising on high-profile transactions in these areas and spent 2015-16 at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York.
