Alison Beal is a partner in Gibson Dunn’s technology transactions and strategic sourcing practices. Admitted in multiple jurisdictions, she acts for clients across Europe, the USA, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Alison advises on complex technology and commercial transactions, including global IT and business process outsourcing, R&D collaborations and externalisations, strategic alliances and emerging technologies, from structuring through to renegotiation and exit. She is also regularly instructed on carve-out separation and transitional arrangements, and the IP and IT aspects of corporate transactions. Her work spans sectors including financial services, life sciences, telecommunications, technology, professional services, energy and consumer goods.
